The simple and easy way is to sign up for a hosted blog service, such as Posterous, Tumblr, Blogger, Typepad, WordPress.com, or one of the many others available. It’s usually cost-free of charge, and all you need to sign up is an email address. Give your blog a name, and you get assigned a subdomain such as sample.blogspot.com.
You can also sign up for a web host, such as Web.Com.Ph, Bluehost, MediaTemple or Dreamhost for a fee. They often have popular blog program available like WordPress.Org for easy install through their online cpanels, which aren’t difficult to figure out. If you go this approach, you must purchase your own domain, through your webhost or via a service that provides domains like Godaddy and Namecheap.
And to create a blog that Blogger will host for free, follow this steps;
1. Signup at Blogger.com to get instant access of your Blogspot Blog
2. Fill up the Create a Google Account Form if you dont have a google account yet
3. Put Blog title and your desire domain name and click continue. It will check if your desired domain name is available, if not, it will require you to enter another domain name.
4. Choose a starter template and click continue.
5. Your New Blog is Active!
6. Create your first blogpost.
